Christmas Part 1

This is the Kids Christmas Card picture for the year.
It says "Wishing you a Merry Kissmas"
I'm a little behind on posting again. The good news is I'm done with weddings, editing weddings, regular session and all editing all pictures for the year!!! Yay! I'm on Christmas break with my kids and husband (who also has the next two weeks off). We are looking forward to driving around and looking at lights, walking through St. Joe and viewing the snowman statues, baking Christmas cookies and of course spending time with family! Emily has been way into Christmas this year, she is loving singing Christmas songs (jingle bells and frosty the snowman) and watching Frosty the snowman every day (or I get in trouble). She'll grab my big Snowman stuffed animal and spin in a circle singing the song. Kaylee had her winter concert last night, it was really good! She is in an extra after school choir so they had their concert with the middle school choir. Nathan had his music concert back in Nov. They both did a great job. They're so excited to have winter break. We went to pick out our tree the day after Thanksgiving, it looks amazing sitting by the fireplace in the back room. All the kids did a great job decorating the tree, Emily liked helping this year.
Kaylee got her hair cut!! I let her choose how she wanted to have it cut as a early Christmas gift. She got 15 inches cut off her hair, it now falls just below her shoulders. It looks cute but it makes her look older, where did my little girl go? I have a bunch of pictures on facebook of the kids decorating the tree, Christmas tree farm, random Christmas pictures and Kaylee with her hair cut! Check them out! I'll be a good girl and post more Christmas blogs, Santa is watching ;-)

Trick or Treat 2009!

We had a cooler year for Halloween this year but we still had an awesome time. My mom came up and walked around with us. Emily was way into it this year. She would go up to the houses and say "trick or treat" and then "thank you". All the Grannies really liked her outfit and told her how adorable she was...heehee. Kaylee ended up looking scary! I told her she was too cute to look that scary and next year she has to be cute! Nate was Mario, he loved it! Anyhow, I know it's been a good month since I posted so I posted a few new blogs to try to catch up.

Apple picking

We go apple picking every year as a family, usually several times. Nothing beats a fresh apple off the tree. This is from our first trip of the year. Emily enjoyed picking and eating her first apple straight off the tree. We stopped by and got some doughnuts and cider afterwards.
